YKACL Peer Support Group
When: The YKACL Peer Support Group meets every Tuesday from 5:15pm-7:15pm at the Abe Miller Building (4912 53rd Street).
Where: Abe Miller Building (4912 53 Street)
Who: Adults aged 28 and over, with or without a diagnosed disability
Our Peer Support Group (PSG) provides a fun, safe space for adults to meet and socialize. Our goal is to create a community of support and learning, and to foster connections for adults living with a disability or those who just need a little more support. It’s a great way to make new friends in a welcoming and safe place where participants can be themselves.
Our activities include life skills, cooking, getting active, community engagement and learning.
Meals are not provided. A small healthy snack will be available during programming.
All are welcome to attend this program at no cost.
